Delicious summer peaches are a sweet and tangy addition to a classic caprese salad. My recipe is quick, easy, and fresh. It's the perfect summer salad!

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Slice or dice the peaches into bite sized pieces. Slice the cherry tomatoes in half (or fourths depending on the size). If you're using a regular sized ball of mozzarella, chop into bite sized pieces.

  2. Add peaches, tomatoes, mozzarella, basil, balsamic glaze, and olive oil to a bowl. Sprinkle over the sea salt to taste.

Notes

*This recipe stores well in the fridge for around 2 days. It will still be safe for a few more days, however the texture gets a little soft.

*Feel free to adjust the amount of each ingredient to your liking.
