Blueberry Walnut Smoothie

  1. Add all ingredients to a high powered blender.
  1. Blend for about 1 minute or until smooth
  1. Serves 2. Enjoy right away!

Notes

  • Feel free to use a flavored yogurt, I think vanilla would be good! 
  • If your blender isn't that strong I would recommend to soak the date in hot water to soften it.
  • If you don't have any dates, you could add a splash of honey or maple syrup. Feel free to leave this out if you don't need extra sweetness.
